因遭遇主管及同事給予的職場霸凌，已於同年10月3日 自殺身亡。

Mr. Yu-Ta Chien, when he served in the NTOU TMEC 2018,
Due to the occupation of bullying by supervisors and colleagues,
he committed suicide on October 3 of the same year.
